1-NAPHTHOIC ACID HYDRAZIDE - Introduction
1-Naphthhydrazide(1-Naphthhydrazide) is an organic compound with the chemical formula C11H9N2O.
Nature:
1-Naphthhydrazide is a yellow to yellow-green crystalline powder, soluble in acidic solutions and organic solvents, and almost insoluble in water. It has good stability and a relatively high melting point.
Use:
1-Naphthhydrazide is useful as an intermediate in organic synthesis. It is often used in the synthesis of many nitrogen-containing compounds, such as dyes, photosensitizers and pesticides. In addition, it can also be used as a metal ion detector and electrochemical detection of ascorbic acid.
Preparation Method:
